👋 Why hello there, I’m Tessa!

Born and raised in sunny Singapore, I currently work as a UI/UX designer in the Employee Experience team at OCBC’s Group Operations & Technology division. My role involves optimizing the operational efficiency of internal staff as part of the bank’s digital transformation journey.

Previously, I worked as a Senior UX Architect at DSTA. In that role, I collaborated closely in an interdisciplinary setting to deliver a cutting-edge military system — an operational platform that facilitates the communication, command, and control of land forces in the Singapore Army during wartime exercises.
